William Lee Gretkowski, 69, of Edison, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York before moving to Edison. He was a retired carpenter for the Local Union 155 in Edison. William was predeceased by his parents, William and Angela Gretkowski; daughter, Kristy Gretkowski in 2005; and his brother, Gary Gretkowski. He is survived by his daughters, Kelly Zaabadick and her husband Michael of Old Bridge and Kimberly Gretkowski and Travis Volk of Monmouth Junction. He also leaves his sister, Ann Hart of Florida; and 3 grandchildren, Raina Volk and Julianna and Zachary Zaabadick. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 16th at St. Matthew the Apostle Church, Edison. Cremation will be private.
