Mr. Nadler was my 8th grade math teacher. “Fred”, as he wished to be called was my principal at Crossroads Middle School. He offered me a job as a Reading Teacher and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity he afforded me. He commanded such respect from his teachers as he led us and allowed us to grow while working beside him. I can still hear his calming voice and recall his gentle smile with a bit of sparkle in his eyes. To his family, although you cannot see the songbird, if you listen with your heart, you can always hear his song. There are heroes and there are legends, heroes are remembered but legends never die. My thoughts are of you and my heart is with you in your time of deep sorrow. With Heartfelt sympathy, Lois Jones

Our most sincere condolences to the whole Nadler family in the loss of Fred!
He will always be in our hearts and memories.
So many of us came together as friends because of Fred's influence and sociability.
The Park Cafe was a center point for countless celebrations and get togethers that gave us all a place to relax and forget about life for awhile in a friendly atmosphere.
Fred organized trips, games and parties that put smiles on our faces and laughter in our hearts.
The Park was a starting point to meet friends for a night on the town and an end point for a day's excursion.
Fred was a driving force in all of this and also for a few little "soirees" at Fred's "other bar".
He was a friend, confidante and a "camping co-conspirator". We had a lot of laughs with Fred and also because of the things he did for and with all of us.
When the world starts getting you down just stop a minute and think back on one of "those good old days" moments.
We will not forget him and he will live in our hearts and stories forever.
Here's to you you Fred.
Thank you for being a part of all our lives!
Kathy and Charlie Lauder
