Peter Vavaroutsos, age 62 of Edison, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. He was born in Sparta, Greece and lived in Staten Island before moving to Edison. Peter was a Hardscaping Landscaper for Landscaping by Craig in New Brunswick. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Mary (Salah) Vavaroutsos; son, Leon and his wife, Jordan Price of Edison; sisters, Patty Hantzepetros and her husband Steve of Millstone Twp., and Dina Kartsanis Karayel and her husband Ernie of Old Bridge; grandchildren, Leonidas, Jaylon, Elijah and Lucy Vavaroutsos; niece, Samantha Dean and her husband Ryan; nephews, John Kartsanis and his wife Claudia and Leon Kartsanis and his wife Vanessa; along with his great niece and nephew, John Christopher & Josephine Kartsanis. Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 6-8pm followed by a Funeral Service at 7pm at Boylan Funeral Home 10 Wooding Ave, Edison.
