I would like to express my sincere sympathy to your family during this sad time. I volunteered with Virginia & Sam during the entire time they were at St. Peter's Hospital. I had lunch with Sam & Virginia every Tuesday. Sam was a very funny and good spirited person who was always "up". He liked to flower the women with compliments to make them feel better. We use to talk about his life growing up and how happy he was with Virginia. They both had a nice life together and hopefully they are happy & together again.
