Obituary of Bernice Hansen

Bernice Hansen, 71, of East Brunswick, passed away Wednesday January 9, 2019 at Venetian Care and Rehab in South Amboy. Born in Jersey City, she was a resident of East Brunswick for 30 years. Bernice will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Bernice was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Carmella Pepe. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hansen; daughters, Courtney Hansen and step-daughter Tara Hansen (Schmite); a sister, Barbara Piazza; nephews, Vinny and David; and her faithful companion, Lacy.

Following her wishes, Bernice was privately cremated. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 2-4PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison.
