Obituary of Eileen M. Murphy

Eileen M. Murphy, 76, of Edison, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at home. Eileen was employed with Rutgers University, was a parishioner of St. Matthew the Apostle Church in Edison, and volunteered her time for the Edison EMS for over 20 years.

Eileen was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Patrick Murphy; her parents, Harold and Ethel Curry; and her sisters, Elaine, Loretta, and Joan. She is survived by her son, Bill Murphy;  her grandchildren, Liam and Aidan, and her dog Queenie. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Eileen was privately cremated. Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison was entrusted with the funeral arrangements. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Matthew the Apostle Church on 1/12/2019 at 9:30 a.m.
