Obituary of E. Linda O'Rourke

E. Linda (Orban) O’Rourke, 89, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday September 30, 2018 at Parker at Somerset. Linda was born, raised and lived her entire life in New Brunswick. Linda retired from St. Peter’s Medical Center after 17 years of being a Patient Service Representative. She enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Edward F. O’Rourke.

She is survived by her son Edward P. (Donna) O’Rourke of Brick, her daughters Karen (Robert) Manetta of East Brunswick and Eileen O’Rourke of Milltown; her grandchildren Brian (Megan) Manetta of Manasquan, Lisa (Joseph) Arter of East Brunswick, Bobby Manetta of Hoboken,and Eric O'Rourke of Brick; two great grand-children Cecilia Manetta and Madison Arter.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, October 4, from 4pm to 7pm at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick. A Funeral service will be held on Friday October 5, at 10:30am at the Boylan Funeral Home, New Brunswick. Entombment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
