Obituary of Ted J. Kin
Ted J. Kin, 67, of Edison, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Newark, Ted was a resident of Edison for the past 26 years.
Mr. Kin was employed by Foodtown and later Stop and Shop for many years before retiring in 2012. He was an avid sports enthusiast, especially rooting for the New York Jets, Knicks, Mets and Baltimore Orioles. He was an avid reader, and enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore, and bicycling. A true family man, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was predeceased by his parents B. Andrew and Martha Kin, and his brother Stephen Kin. Surviving are his beloved wife Brenda (Catalano) Kin of Edison; his step-son Steve DeLisle; his siblings Andrew Kin of High Bridge, Joyce Marcuzzi of High Bridge and her partner John Lisnock, Ken Kin of Galloway Township and his wife Heidi, and Janice Nastasi of Hamilton; his nieces Melissa and Carina Marcuzzi and Alysha and Staci Brezinski, and nephews Anthony and Chase Catalano; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 24 from 4-7 pm at Boylan Funeral Home 10 Wooding Ave., Edison. Funeral services will be held during those hours. Cremation will be private.
