Veronica Ricco, 79, died at home on Monday, October 28, 2013, surrounded by her family. Born in Jersey City, she was a longtime resident of Edison. She is survived by her son Gary Ricco of Edison, her daughter Donna Sweeney and husband Richard of Edison; her granddaughters Crystal Farkas and Megan Sweeney; her great-grandchildren Emily and Glen Farkas; and her brother Michael O'Shea. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31st at St. Matthews R.C. Church in Edison with interment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
