Obituary of Mary Thickstun

Mary Thickstun, 87, of Edison passed away Saturday September 16, 2017 at JFK Hartwyck Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in the Bronx, NY, Mary lived most of her life in Edison. She was devoted to her faith, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ.

Mary was predeceased by her husband, William Daniel Thickstun in 1979. She was the matriarch of 5 generations. She is survived by her son, William D. and his wife Mary J. Thickstun of Hillsborough; daughter, Janice Huttenberger of Edison; five grandchildren, Billy, Kim, Andrei, Jennifer and Johnny; five great grandchildren, Shelby, Will, Brandon, Marissa and Justin; and one great great grandson, Bryce.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday September 21, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Funeral Services will be held Friday, 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway.
