Obituary of Stephen A. DeMarcky

Stephen A. DeMarcky, 59, of Highland Park passed away at his home on August 11, 2017.

He was born on October 17, 1957, the son of Stephen and Marilyn (Riccoli) DeMarcky. Stephen was a lifelong resident of Highland Park since the age of 12. As a young man he joined the United States Army. Following his service he was self-employed as a General Contractor. He was an all-around handyman, who loved what he did. On his free time he enjoyed metal detecting and collecting antiques. Stephen was selfless, caring and compassionate.  He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. 

Stephen is predeceased by his father Stephen S. DeMarcky . He is survived by his mother Marilyn M. DeMarcky, daughter Stephanie DeMarcky, son Stephen DeMarcky and 3 step children. Also surviving are his two sisters Donna and Deborah and many grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 12pm – 2pm at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison, NJ.  Cremation will be private. In Lieu of flowers can be made in Stephen’s name to the American Cancer Society, www.Cancer.org.
