Uncle Leon will be deeply missed by so many he touched throughout his life. He had a gentle,caring and kind way that extended beyond family. He was quick to extend a helping hand whenever a need crossed his path and always in a quiet unassuming way. He is a man who truly lived his religion and served as an example to all who knew him. I'll miss his warm and welcoming smile and his unmistakable pigeon-toed walk! He traveled every back road in PA and beyond but the road he had focused on throughout his life was the Road to Heaven and I am confident he arrived at his final destination to the warm embrace of his Lord. I am so fortunate to be left with wonderful memories of a dear uncle from my childhood right up to the last time we were together just 2 weeks before he left us.
