Obituary of Marion Pressler
Marion K. Pressler, 87, formerly of Westfield, NJ, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Brighton Gardens in Edison. Born in Edison, Marion worked as a telephone operator with NJ Bell in Elizabeth for many years before retiring in the late sixties. She was a Homemaker and member of the Edison Senior Citizens.
Marion was predeceased by her husband, Edmund A. Pressler, in 1987. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Kowalski, of Edison, NJ; her nieces, Anna Gavron and her husband Donald of Hillsborough, NJ, Claudia Tumminelli and her husband Michael of Edison, NJ and Linda Skorupa and her husband, Charles of Renton, WA; her nephews, Peter Kowalski, Norman Black and his wife Deirdre of Duval, WA and Herbert J. Vorhies and his wife, Veronica of East Hanover, NJ; and by many grand and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, at the Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison; followed by a 10:30 Mass at Guardian Angels R.C. Church in Edison. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield. Family and friends may visit from 8:30 a.m. util the Service on Monday at the Funeral Home.
