I have had the privilege of working with John on the 2nd. platoon at the New Brunswick Fire Dept. for many years. "Johnny fresh" was a dedicated and diligent Firefighter on the job!
He was truly one of the best.
Rest easy John, You are with the Lord.

It is with heart filled sympathy and deep sorrow on the passing of Johnny, although I did know Johnny personally, I knew him through the eyes and heart of my Cousin, Rosemarie Scianna. I have never known Rosemarie to be so happy until Johnny, as she lovingly refers to her Johnny. This I know for sure that he was a wonderful man to give her such comfort and happiness. I know she will miss him terribly and I know he will be with her and watch over her from heaven until she joins him one day.
Rest in Eternal Peace Johnny, soar with the Angels.

Our lives are summed up by our accomplishments.
Some Good
Some Bad
We All live on by the effects and remembrances others feel about us
I am sure he will live on and bring a smile to many minds and faces that think of him as time goes by
But
All those experiences He created and had will be summed up in a hyphen
The hyphen that is placed between His birth and death
I am sure that His hyphen will be worthy of a Great Story that will be shared by All His Family
Someday I hope I can hear some of what fills His hyphen

So sorry & sad to hear of Johnny's sudden passing. He was my next door neighbor growing up. He was always ready to lend a hand. Saw him at the gym often & when he was looking for a job after retiring, hooked him up with the school district. Rest in peace Johnny.
