To the Dutka FAmily,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Ricky. He was a great guy and cop. I had the honor and pleasure to work with him many years ago as his dispatcher for Edison Police Department. He was always there to help amyone who needed it.
May God grant him eternal rest and grant the family strength in this dificult time.
