Maryann Lynch, 92, of East Brunswick, formerly of North Brunswick, passed away on Thursday November 2, 2023 at home. Maryann was born in New Brunswick to the late John and Catherine Hoey. She attended St Peter’s Grammar School, St Peter's High School and St Peter's Hospital School of Nursing after which she went on to become a nurse at St. Peter’s University Hospital and McCarrick Care Center. Maryann was a member of St. Peter’s Auxiliary as well as a parishioner of St. Augustine of Canterbury Church, and a member of the Rosary Altar Society. Maryann was predeceased by her husband, William F. Lynch; brother, Jack Hoey; and her son-in-law, Jeff Bauer. She is survived by her children, Thomas and Bonnie Lynch, John and Bernadette Lynch, Jim and Mary Lynch, William Jr. and Barbara Lynch, and Cathy Bauer; sister, Elizabeth Lynch; along with her grandchildren, Jason, David, Brian, Kevin, Shawn, Kelsey, Connor, Kaitlyn, William III, Ryan, Owen, and Brendan; and six great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 7th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church in Kendall Park. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
