Anne A. Pollex, 92, of Edison departed this life on March 3, 2014 at her son's residence in Piscataway. She was born in New York City and moved to Edison with her husband Fred in 1951. Mrs. Pollex was the daughter of the late Catherina and Pasquale Caligiuri. She was married in 1946 and was a communicant of St. Matthew's R.C. Church in Edison. She was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1994. Surviving are her two sons and daughters in-law William and Barbara of Piscataway and Lawrence and Connie of Edison; her five beloved grandsons Ryan, Anthony, James, Fred, and Brian; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral services will be held Saturday March 8, 2014 at 9:15 am at Boylan Funeral Home 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison, followed by a 10 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Mount Virgin Church in New Brunswick. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation will be on Friday March 7, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
