Eileen Straub passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Eileen was born and raised in Edison. She was a homemaker. In her free time, Eileen enjoyed gardening and enjoying the outdoors. She had several lifelong friends & neighbors with who she spent hours reminiscing with about life memories. Eileen was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Straub Jr. in 1993; her son, Herbert Straub III in 2014; and her parents, John and Myrtle Falkenhagen. She is survived by her brother and his wife, John & Ruth Falkenhagen; her granddaughter, Jordyn Burdick; along with 5 nieces and nephews. She also leaves several great nieces and nephews, along with 2 great great nephews age 11 and 6. Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 10AM-12PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway.
