Obituary of Robert N Robinson Sr.
Robert “Bob” Robinson Sr., 81, passed away Sunday March 11, 2018 in Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center. Robert was born in New Brunswick, NJ on August 6, 1936, son of George and Helen Robinson. Bob worked as a car salesman owning and operating “Bob Robinson Auto Sales” before his retirement. He was a car enthusiast, a family man, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Robert was predeceased by his dear wife, Patricia Rost in 1995, and both his parents.
He is survived by his son, Robert Jr. and his partner Linda DeNike of Morganville; daughters, Cynthia Miller and her husband Matthew of Edison and Lisa Lacik and her husband Thomas of Edison; brother, George and his wife Felicia of Florida; along with his grandchildren, Lisa, Kristy, Robbie, Philip, Matthew, Jackie, Thomas, and Nicky; great-grandchildren, Robbie, Madison and Ben.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 5:00 - 9:00PM at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Avenue, Edison. All are welcome to join the family at 9:15AM on Friday, March 16, 2018, a Prayer Service will begin at 10AM at Boylan Funeral Home, and burial will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick, immediately following the service.
